We looked at data from Countrywide PLC for a benchmark of the national average estate agency fee.  Countrywide is the UK’s largest Estate Agency Group providing unparalleled coverage of the UK property market. Their national average fee in 2017 was £3,404*.  

Our No Sale No Fee price is £995, and our unlimited viewings are £295** totalling £1,290 including VAT. This makes us significantly less than half the price of a high street agent.
