Rent Collection

Housesimple will arrange for your rent to be collected each month and credited to your chosen account. The payment is collected from the tenant by direct debit and paid over to you approximately 7 days after the cleared funds have been received.

Rent collection is provided at a cost of £15 per month. This payment is taken from the rent on a monthly basis once Let.

Referencing/Credit Checks

We’ll create a comprehensive tenant reference report for every adult on the tenancy agreement. Referencing includes a credit check, affordability check, and previous landlord and current employer references. Tenants are charged a £99 referencing fee which secures their commitment to the tenancy.
