Save £1,000's with HouseSimple

Estate agency is changing

At, we’ve saved clients across the UK thousands of pounds each against the fees charged by high street agencies... just imagine what you could do with the money you save!
We’re 30% more likely to sell your property than the average high street estate agent. The Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors January 2017 UK Residential Market Survey report showed that in 2016 the national average ratio of houses listed, to houses sold was 39.8%.  HouseSimple’s listing to sales ratio in the same months were as follows:
Month No. of listings No. of sales Sales ratio
Q1 1225 692 56.5%
Q2 997 504 50.6%
Q3 1291 670 51.9%
Q4 961 443 46.1%
This means that HouseSimple sold 51.6% of properties listed in the same period of 2016, excluding those who cancelled in 8 weeks or less without a sale.  A sales ratio of 51.6% is a 30% higher sales ratio than the industry average of 39.8%.  To put it another way, if you take a study of 1,000 houses, for example, and HouseSimple sells 516 but another agency sells 398, then we would have sold 30% more of those properties.
HouseSimple does not require a tie-in period from our customers.  This gives them the freedom to cancel the service anytime. However cancelling in less than 8 weeks is typically not possible with other agents. According to Home Owners Alliance* the industry average tie-in period is 8 weeks, therefore in order to provide a like-for-like comparison with industry benchmarks we’ve excluded properties listed with HouseSimple but cancelled in 8 weeks or less without a sale.
And, we’ll sell your property for more. Between 1st July 2015 and 29th May 2016 HouseSimple achieved an average of 98.9% of the current asking price.  This can be broken down as follows:
Period Average % of current asking price at which properties sold on HouseSimple
July - September 2015 104%
October - December 2015 98%
January - March 2016 97.5%
April - May 2016 98.8%
Over the same period the Automated Valuation market leader, Hometrack, reported that the national average percentage of the current asking price achieved was 97.31%. We have rounded these figures to the nearest whole number.
Don’t just take our word for it – read reviews from people who have already sold their house with us to hear about their experiences.

At, we have lower, more transparent fees and set service levels to help you along the way. All the time with real people at the other end of the phone.
