Wy-Wurry Caravan Park/Holiday Homes is a tranquil, unique, quiet, secluded family run park with stunning sea views. Set on a cliff top location in the village of Corton, Suffolk.

To give you a brief run down of the park. We are a family run park. My Husband Mike’s parents owned it since 1986 and Mike and I bought it from them 3 years ago as Mike’s dad is now 86 and the park was getting too much for him and although he had regular customers for holidays the vans were getting old. We have been and still are in the process of refurbishing the whole park.

We are REALLY excited, having done a lot of research to make sure we have thought of every thing our customers require in a beautiful, high spec holiday home that can be a home from home and believe in everything we are doing. We are not trying to be commercial like the big parks, we believe we are offering something truly unique and special to our customers.

My Husband and I live here on the park so we are available (if needed) for anything our customers may need help and advice with.

The holiday homes we have sold and are selling are located along the front so all have panoramic sea views.

 Each holiday home/caravan is made to our specifications and take at least 20 weeks to make. We have had brand new plinths laid for each holiday home and all the electrics have been upgraded to house hold usage to accommodate the washing machine/tumble dryer and dishwasher which is integrated in the holiday home.

 Also included is a TV aerial. We also have had a new telegraph pole erected especially for our holiday home owners to benefit from having the choice of a land line and Wifi if required.

There are outlook french doors so you can open them straight on to you spacious decking to sit and look out to sea.

The highest quality decking, skirting, steps (with access for storage) all come within the price.

There is a neat gas locker at the back of the holiday homes (so red bottles are not on show which is safer and more aesthetically pleasing) which contain 2 x 47kg gas bottles, plus a change over valve and also an indicator of when gas needs replacing.

Next to the holiday home you have a spacious car parking space.

Every holiday home has beautiful sea views, with no caravans directly behind you so a feeling of space, exclusiveness will be yours.

Our holiday homes are £81,999 and that includes your first years ground rent, which then becomes due to be paid one year after on your purchase anniversary.

Currently our site fee ground rent is £3,200 per year and this also covers your water and sewerage. (This will all be further explained in your contract if you were to go ahead.) The only extra payments will be for electric used by yourself and Gas once the two bottles have been used.

We have had all new electric cables laid and brand new meters etc each holiday home has their own meter and you are charged per unit.

We are a small exclusive park and don’t have entertainment on our park, but what we do have is the tranquillity and sea views. There will only be a small number of holiday homes for sale altogether as we want to keep the Parks visual aspect appealing, and to keep it exclusive. We have a clear vision and plan how it will all be and look on completion which will be a luxury, high end caravan park.

There is access to the beach just a short walk away from our park.

We have a 12 month license so you can use your Holiday Home any time of the year that you wish. (Please note although you can use your holiday home as often and for as long a period as you wish we are not a residential park.)
