As important, road (A1, M1 and M18) and rail links (Sheffield, Leeds, Doncaster) are minutes away. Local transport on the doorstep provides access to Doncaster, Barnsley and Rotherham. All the major supermarkets are within 10 minutes drive, along with major retail outlets at Cortonwood Retail Park (3 miles).

I fully intended this would be my last house, but circumstances have punctured my dream. I’ve been lucky to have been so happy here, if only for a short time, and hope the next resident has the same pleasures I’ve had.
