41 Willow Garth’s heating is generated by an air sourced pump which saves on average £455 to £485 per year combined in electricity and gas bills (*Sourced from Energy Saving Trust, figures based on fuel prices as of April 2017.) Only last year it had its main part fully replaced (see attached invoice) so is in excellent working order. There is also a CO2 saving.
What is air sourced heating system?
Heat pumps move heat from one place to another by using a compressor and a circulating structure of liquid or gas refrigerant, through which heat is extracted from outside sources and pumped indoors.
Pumping the heat uses less electricity as compared to when electricity is solely used as a means to convert it.

6. Carbon Neutral

7. Planning Permissions
