Investors looking for buy-to-lets should turn to university towns outside of the capital to achieve the greatest returns, according to a recent survey. The number of Buy-to-let mortgages is at a five year high as banks continue to cut interest rates and deposits.
However, the more investors in an area, the greater the chance of the market becoming saturated. It's therefore more important than ever to choose your location wisely.
