There's something quite romantic about owning a little home by the sea. With the potential for panoramic sea views and the sound of waves as you walk out your front door, it's no wonder that so many people dream of moving to the coast. If you can't quite bring yourself to relocate, you might instead want to buy a holiday home right by the beach so you have a relaxing spot to escape to. If so, now is apparently the best time to invest in a seaside holiday let, as British coastal vacations are on the rise.

The flat also enjoys sea views and a great location in Whitby, which was voted one of the UK's most picturesque seaside towns.
